Mayo can be reduced for sure, to my taste. Loved dressing. Used rice wine vinegar in place of white vinegar. I add black raisins , good handful, and one carrot and apple grated. I make it exactly as directed and always have happy eaters.
I use seasoned rice wine vinegar, which is sweet in itself, so I cut the sugar down to 1 tbsp. This was so unexpectedly good!!!
